Architect Juha Klemetti designed the HIGH END creation at Räävelintie 7 B, Espoo. The frame of the house is entirely made of cast-in-place concrete, which allowed for the creation of stunning concrete surfaces.
During the design phase, Otherwise was challenged to design a fully integrated lighting system for the solid concrete frame. As part of this solution, Otherwise designed massive profiles to be incorporated during the casting process, as well as custom molds for the lighting spots.
Additionally, Otherwise implemented the lighting and automation technology for both indoor and outdoor areas and supplied tunable white LED lights for the project.
