House MK5 was designed by architect Martin Lukasczyk. The structure of the house utilizes highly customized CLT elements. In addition to the building’s electrical system, the ventilation system and lighting are fully integrated. Siberian larch is used in the facades, floors, and furniture.
Otherwise designed the lighting plan and the lighting automation system for the house. The project used lights from Otherwise. The lights are frameless tunable white fixtures, fully integrated into the CLT elements.
